Chuck Townsend
Chuck Townsend founded Townsend & Associates, Inc. more than 20 years ago in Austin Texas. Since those early days he has expanded the firm to service the entire state of Texas, Mexico, Central and South America, with emphasis in the Houston, Austin and Rio Grande Valley Markets.
Chuck grew up in McAllen, Texas, and spent his early years involved in all aspects of the family Farm and Industrial Dealerships. He graduated from Southwest Texas State University (SWTSU) in San Marcos, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Business.
While at SWTSU he earned his Texas Real Estate License (1977), and subsquently his Texas Real Estate Broker's License two years later (1979) Chuck is fluent in Spanish, which gives him the unique ability to facilitate International Transactions.
